The Human Resource Management Association is a student-led professional organization at California State University, Long Beach. Our focus is to provide unique opportunities regarding professional development to our members. These opportunities include networking, exclusive scholarships, internships, and much more.

You can connect with peers by attending our general meetings and events. We work closely with other clubs and CSULB Faculty, which provides opportunities to members to expand their professional network.

Workshops

We feature campus departments, CSULB alumni, and off-campus partners in our workshop series. These workshops focus on professional development (resume building, interview skills, LinkedIn Crash course, etc.) and vary by semester.

Opportunities & Skill Building

HRMA provides unique opportunities such as internships, scholarships, case competitions, and other invaluable experiences through the support of professional organizations and partners. Engaging in these opportunities aids in building skills required by future employers.
