CSULB's HRMA was founded in 1980. The Human Resource Management Association is a student-led professional organization at California State University, Long Beach. Our focus is to provide unique opportunities regarding professional development to our members. These opportunities include networking, exclusive scholarships, internships, and much more. We host meetings, activities, and events throughout the academic year!

Why Join?
HRMA is a student organization open to all CSULB students that encourages the learning of the Human Resource Function and supports in professional development. HRMA features guest speakers, professional development workshops, and community building activities/outings.

HRMA offers two types of membership statuses: general members and certified members. To learn more and sign up, please attend our general meetings (details provided through social media).
